Wright Quadrangle Renovation
The project is comprised of two construction phases and includes the following work:
- Upgrading building systems throughout the complex, including installation of a central air conditioning system with digital controls
- New domestic water and heating water systems, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and electrical systems, LED lighting, security/access systems, data and telecom systems
- A new emergency generator
- Cleaning and repointing external masonry
- Accessibility improvements including a new accessible entrance to the complex and a new elevator located at the north breezeway
- Residential wings will receive new flooring, new ceilings, restroom upgrades, all-gender restrooms, and windows replacements
The quad is planned to reopen in Fall 2025.
