Residential Curriculum

At IU Housing, our goals go beyond housing facilities. That's why our department maintains an ambitious curriculum to guide residence hall staff in holistic student development. Our curriculum is designed to educate, empower, and engage residents—not only when they move in, but throughout the entire academic year.

We want to support our residents' social growth while we enable their overall wellness. Each learning goal in our curriculum involves staff training, ongoing assessment, and strategic planning to create an intentional student experience designed around our residents' needs.

The residential curriculum is helpful because it provides guidelines that will help the residents learn, engage, and grow to have the ultimate experience here at IU.
